At ARM CANDY we take the utmost care to protect our customers privacy over the internet.
We gather your information for two reasons; to process your order and to provide you with the best possible service. We will gather information such as your name, address, phone number, email address and credit card details.
This information allows us to process and fulfil your orders and notify you of your order status. We collect certain information to improve your online shopping experience. We maintain a record of your product interests and purchases online, so to let you know about our services and promotions that may appeal to you.
 

RETURNS
 
We aim to make the returns of goods a simple process. We will be happy to refund or exchange any items that you are not completely satisfied with, as long as they are returned unused, unmarked and within 14 days of receipt. You will then receive a full refund in the original form of payment.

Please return all goods with original invoice, the reason for returning the goods, and the action you would like us to take, whether you require a full refund, or credit note.
 

DELIVERY
 
Deliveries are made during Monday – Friday (Holidays excluded)
All deliveries are sent through ROYAL MAIL within the UK, and by AIRMAIL to all other destinations.
Standard delivery within the UK and the Channel Islands, orders will arrive within 4 – 6 working days unless we are out of stock, which we will inform you about when we receive your order.
